È un’esperienza straordinaria che permette di assaporare l’equilibrio perfetto tra suolo, ambiente e tecniche agricole esperte, in cui l’essenza stessa delle olive prende vita. Laudemio rappresenta il risultato esemplare di una tradizione toscana secolare nella produzione di olio d’oliva.

Nel 1988, un piccolo gruppo di produttori esperti di olio d’oliva ha deciso di unire le forze con l’obiettivo di migliorare e tutelare la qualità dell’olio. Da questa missione è nato un vero e proprio patto per l’eccellenza, basato su rigide regole e standard qualitativi elevati. Così ha preso vita il Consorzio Laudemio. Storia, tradizione, autenticità e rispetto per il territorio e l’ambiente sono i principi che guidano l’intero processo produttivo del Laudemio: dalla gestione armoniosa degli uliveti alla raccolta selettiva delle olive nel momento perfetto di maturazione, dalla frangitura alla miscelazione e all’estrazione rigorosamente a freddo, fino all’imbottigliamento e alla conservazione attenta dell’olio.

Consigli di controllo specializzati e due rigorose commissioni di degustazione effettuano la selezione finale: solo il miglior olio extra vergine di oliva, prodotto dai migliori frantoi, può fregiarsi del prestigioso marchio Laudemio. Deve essere un olio autentico, completo, con una personalità organolettica straordinaria.

Laudemio is not only a variety of extra virgin olive oil, it is more than that. It is an extraordinary way in which you can taste the perfect blend between soil, environment, and expert agricultural techniques in which the essence of the olives comes to life. Laudemio is the exemplary outcome of centuries-long Tuscan tradition in olive oil production.

In 1988 a small group of expert olive oil producers began to work together with the mission to improve and protect the production of olive oil. This mission became a pact for excellence in production, based on strict rules and high-quality standards. This is how the Laudemio Consortium was born. History, tradition, genuineness, respect for the territory and the environment are the principles guiding the entire Laudemio production process, from the harmonious management of the olive plantations to the selective harvesting of the fruit at its perfect stage of ripening, from the crushing of the olives to the mixing and rigorously cold extraction, right up to the bottling and careful storage of the oil.

Special control councils and two very strict tasting committees make the final selection: only the best extra virgin olive oil from the best producers, a perfectly genuine, complete oil, with an extraordinary organoleptic personality will be able to boast the exclusive and virtuous Laudemio trademark.

It’s an oil with a complex, fresh taste with herbaceous notes supported by a very pleasant spiciness and a final bitter note that enhances its taste. It is appreciated for its great freshness, complexity, and harmony.

The octagonal section bottle aims to underline and strengthen the excellence of Laudemio. The model, filed by the Consortium, is inspired by the retro design of French perfume bottles: the facets and transparent glass enhance the color and the luminous reflections of the oil.
