I can't complete the order, why is that?
Important: accept the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy.
I can't complete the payment with my card, why is that?
The transaction might be considered fraudulent and blocked by the bank (especially if ordering from the USA). We recommend notifying the bank about the purchase and proceeding with the order again.

What payment methods can I use?
You can use major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or bank transfer (the details will appear once this payment method is selected).
I have a coupon code, but I don't know how to use it
A Coupon refers to gift cards, discount codes generated by the site, or issued by customer service following customer reports; the Coupon cannot be combined with other gift cards or Coupons. The discount code you have should be entered on the summary page (where you have the list of all the bottles). On the left side, under the product list, you will see the “promotional code” text. Enter the code and click “apply promotional code.” At this point, you can proceed with your order, confirming the shipping address and payment method. Please note that you can use only one coupon per order.
Can I cancel an order I placed?
Once an order is completed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you encountered any issues during the purchase, please email us at info@fattoriasanmichele.it and explain what happened. We will do our best to respond as soon as possible.
I requested an invoice, but I didn't find it in the package. How can I get a copy?
If you requested an invoice at the time of purchase, please email us, and we will send it to you.
Shipping
How will my order be packaged?
We use patented and courier-approved packaging, designed to ensure the integrity of the shipment.
How are shipping costs calculated?
For everything packaged in bottles, shipping costs are calculated in increments of: 3-6-12-18-24 bottles, etc.
Is it possible to ship cured meats anywhere?
No, it is only possible to ship cured meats within the European Union.
Can I change my delivery address for the package?
Once the order is placed, if you wish to change the delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. If the package has not yet been shipped, it will be possible to change the address.
How long does it take to receive the package?
ITALY average delivery time is 24/48 hours from courier pickup.
EUROPE average delivery time is 5-6 business days from courier pickup.
USA average delivery time is 15-20 business days from courier pickup.
CANADA average delivery time is 15-20 business days from courier pickup.
REST OF THE WORLD average delivery time is 8-10 business days from courier pickup.
Where is my order?
As soon as possible, our system automatically sends the tracking number to follow the shipment. If you haven’t received detailed information about your order, please contact us by email and we will check.
I received a damaged bottle or one I don't like: how can I return it and get a refund?
Our courier is very careful when handling packages. If, for any reason, one or more bottles arrive damaged to your address, please contact us immediately at info@fattoriasanmichele.it and explain the extent of the damage. We will respond as soon as possible. In case of damaged goods, you may be asked to return the bottle and send us a photo of the damage via email to avoid similar issues in the future. If the wine is not to your liking, please refer to our sales terms in the section dedicated to merchandise returns.
What if my wine tastes corked?
Even though it is very rare (about 0.5% of bottles), it can happen that your wine tastes corked. In this case, keep the defective bottle with its contents and write to info@fattoriasanmichele.it: we will intervene immediately. Refunds or replacements cannot be processed without the bottle.
Tours and Tastings
What are the hours for the tastings?
The tastings are available from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the last available time.
How long does the tasting tour last?
Basic tasting: approximately 1 hour
Top tasting: approximately 1.5-2 hours
In which languages can the tour be conducted?
Italian, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese
Is it possible to stay overnight at the farm?
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have a farmhouse, so it is not possible to stay overnight. However, we would be more than happy to recommend excellent nearby accommodations
Is it possible to reach the farm by public transport?
To reach us from Florence city center, take the tram at Santa Maria Novella Station in the direction of “Villa Costanza”
Get off at the “Resistenza” stop (it’s about a 20-minute ride). Once off, head toward Via Turri, the main road, slightly backtrack in the opposite direction of the tram, cross over, and go left toward the bus stop SETTANTOTTESIMO REGGIMENTO.
Take one of the following buses: No. 61, No. 62, No. 63.
Ask the driver to indicate the stop for FATTORIA SAN MICHELE A TORRI; drivers are usually very helpful. It will take about 15-20 minutes.

How should I properly store my wine?
Wine is a living product, which is why it must be stored properly to preserve its organoleptic characteristics, ensure its evolution, and expression over time. We recommend storing your bottle horizontally, at 12-14°C, in the absence of light, and with a humidity level around 70%.
How do I choose the right glass for my wine?
White wines

- RENANO for structured wines and large sparkling wines
