Olive Oil Tasting

This time, the star is the oil!
We begin with a tour of the olive grove, where we will explain all the stages of oil production, from harvesting to bottling.
We visit the Orciaia and enjoy a guided tasting of 4 different types of oil: "Laudemio", "San Michele a Torri", an oil from international varieties, and... an intruder! Will you be able to recognize it?

The corkscrew and wine stopper you find are a gift to remind you of us! Now your adventure begins... you can stroll and choose the forest, vineyard, or olive grove that you prefer!

Experience the Farm

Living the farm almost like a real farmer means taking care of the garden, feeding the animals, checking the vineyards and olive groves... this is what you will do together with your children!
We start with a walk through the vineyard and a visit to the chicken coop, feeding the hens, and then head to the garden where we learn to plant seasonal vegetables. Afterward, we visit the Cellars and Orciaia, and to recharge after the hard work, enjoy a meal made with our products at the agritourism restaurant "L'Unico".

"Making Pasta" at the San Michele Artisan Pasta Factory

"Making Pasta" at the San Michele Artisan Pasta Factory, located on Via dei Rustici in the heart of Florence, is a workshop organized by Fattoria San Michele. During the session, participants will learn how organic durum wheat pasta is made using restored ancient machinery. At the end, they can take home the pasta they made and enjoy a tasting of organic wines, bruschetta with Laudemio oil, and organic bread.
